All commissioned artwork by me is the property of the owner for personal use only. Any commissioners utilizing commissioned artwork for commercial purposes will be blacklisted and in some cases see legal action. Please email me privately to receive commercial rights.What are commercial rights? Any use of my art that permits the user direct monetary reward for the use of my artwork is considered commercial use. The only exception is the situation of a twitch subscription to receive emotes or badges. This is already factored into their price.My art will NEVER be used for AI generation, crypt0art or N/F/T content. Do not commission me if that is your intention. This already breaks ToS, but just in case. I will also cancel your commission if I find out your payment was done with crypt0currency without my knowledge. If I've already worked on the piece in question, you forfeit your refund due to breaking ToS.NSFW/Lewd art is currently closed. I feel I need more practice in this before I start offering services.I will not use someone else's YCH, adoptable, or other art meant to be sold to create a commission for you. Go pay that artist.I will not under any circumstances work with LGBTphobic, racist or otherwise unsavory individuals.No refunds will be issued once work has started. Refunds can only be processed up to 48 hours after the initial invoice is paid. After that point, I will go on a case by case basis.Payment must be made up front in full, unless the price is over $200. In which case, the payment can be half and half upon request.
